I am reaching out to see if the functionality within the dashboard “add an action button” allows end users to open an external link directly to an email address. Thus far, I’ve tried entering mailto: genericemail@company.com and I’m met with an error prompt.
Is this functionality available in Pigment yet?

Linking to an email address via the external link action button isn’t a feature that exists yet. I think you should submit to our Ideas Page here and share it with your colleagues to upvote it.
