I renamed a metric, and a downstream metric referencing it didn't auto-update — the formula kept the old name and broke with "Unknown Block". Renames usually propagate to dependent formulas automatically, so this looks like a gap specific to the references. Has anyone else seen this?

Hello, I'm having difficulties with the Claude MCP server. It can find certain metrics, but it does not seem like it can also peek into the properties for each dimension. For instance: I have a simple text property on a certain dimension, but Claude insists that it cannot see the properties for that dimension.Any idea what that might be and how I can fix that?Thanks, Bas

Is it possible to enter data when the input enabled metric is rendered in a Board but displayed using a Data Slice?  Eg where Data Slice is setup on Version to pull just two versions  

When Application A's board displays a metric shared from Application B via a Library/cross-application reference, and that reference is used directly in a view rather than wrapped inside a local formula in Application A — does taking a Snapshot of Application A freeze that displayed value as of snapshot time? Or does opening the Snapshot later still show Application B's current live value for that metric? Does the answer differ if the shared value is instead consumed inside a local formula in Application A before being displayed?

When I load the Income Statement some of the line items don’t automatically show their monthly values (the rows remain blank). The subtotals are correct - the issue is purely presentation. My workaround is to expand and collapse one of the rows and the data then appears.Is there a solution that automatically ensures all relevant data appears automatically?

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some advice on the best architecture for a DRP model.We have around 100k Products and 11 DCs. I’m considering two options:A single Product-DC dimension containing only valid combinations. Keeping Product and DC as separate dimensions and calculating at their intersection.My initial assumption was that Pigment’s sparse engine would make the two approaches fairly similar from a calculation-density perspective. However, I’m wondering whether the higher cardinality of the Product × DC intersection could have a significant impact, especially since the DRP logic uses PREVIOUSOF().Would you recommend one approach over the other in this case? And are there any specific performance considerations I should take into account? Many thanks !

Hi,I have been facing an issue with my view recently. I created a view with metrics in rows and month in columns and have used pigment Add calculated item feature to calculate yoy for every month ,yoy variance and variance %. The issue is next to it is a Total column appearing which i dent want in my view and i am unable remove it.What i did so farL-1. In the aggregator panel rmeoved the month total2. Right click on total and clicked on hide month total3. No show value as calculation addedshow every subtotal toggle is already disabledPlease let me know what i am doing wrong or missing something

At the moment these are set up manually, and we would like to understand what automation options exist to govern what is accessible and configurable in Pigment.Best,António

Hi, I am running into a blocker here.Doing an import starting from a file, it wont let me select multiple times the month columns (though the other columns work just fine...)I am quite sure this error does not show up in previous TL lists imports I did in the past.Any guess ? 

Is there a way to use the “Add a comment” feature in a Board that is used within a Sequence?The feature works well when using the Board directly, but it is not available when the same Board is used within a Sequence.I tested the same Board both within a Sequence and outside of a Sequence. The “Add a comment” feature works correctly when the Board is used outside of a Sequence, but not when it is used within a Sequence. Therefore, this does not seem to be a permissions issue.Could you please let me know if there is a solution or workaround to enable this functionality within a Sequence?Thank you in advance for your help.

We have several transaction list properties with formulas that are now timing out and we are concerned we have hit a ceiling.The transaction list is just over 6 Million rows and over 60 properties, many of which are calculations. The formula is a simple as i can make it. ifblank('Opp Trx'.OWNER_ID.GLOBAL_DIVISION, 'Global Division'."No Segment") Is the transaction list simply too big or is there a more efficient formula to be used?

We are experiencing that if we save a copy of a Google Sheet with Pigment Connector connections, we lose the connections in the copied sheet.  We just want to double-check if there's a way to maintain connections in a copied sheet or is it perhaps on the radar to be supported in the future?  Thank you!

Hi !We have an Excel add-in connexion to our production environment in a file. This file is shared between multiple people. The connexion was fine and we were able to retrieve data without issue. However, a new user tried to change the filters (version and company) and update the date and now we have an error saying “something went wrong when pulling the data. Please try again”. We tried several times closing the file and reoping it without success. The same file containe other similar connexions that were fine pulling new data when changing the filter.  

Can you add a tab space within a text box? I’m looking for the same functionality as in Word; where hitting tab indents the text by set amount & aligns rows of text to the same indentation. When I paste text in from an external source the tab is retained, so functionality looks like it’s in Pigment; but I can’t work out how to invoke it by typing (hitting the tab button just jumps to next widget on the board).

Hi,I have a TL which imports raw data from NS but for the 2 historical months values in NS is different than Pigment TL. Our NS data is daily refreshed in Pigment. So, is there a possibility that out of all historical months 2-month data is not updated i.e. values at initial load may be different but now are not updated as per NS even after daily refresh or is there any other thing causing the issue.Thanks

Hi,There is this recurring issue for which i am trying to find a solution for. Currently we import actuals from NS and have an integration layered for that. But occasionally, the Actuals differ from NS due to some missing GL error or wrong historical data or something else. The thing i am looking forward is to get an error message or notification if any part of my p&l report is different from NS any day, since we have a daily refresh. Is there a way using Pigment Ai i can automate this process instead of daily looking in Ns or waiting for someone to inform me.Please let me know if anyone is working on this of issue or has a solution for.Please let me know if any clarifications are needed.  Thanks Community

Is it currently possible to include external-source imports (Sage, API, connector-based) inside a Data Flow? If so, where in the UI do I add them? If not supported today, is there a recommended alternative to trigger multiple external imports from a single Board button ?
