My team has been experiencing issues with the Excel connector lately, receiving this error sometimes when trying to pull data into Excel:

“An error occurred (Data pull). Please try again later or contact us”. 

 

Does anybody know why this error occurs? Is there a row or data limit when pulling into Excel that we should be aware of?

Could you confirm if this error appears when pulling a large Block / View ? In some cases, applying additional filters - especially on time periods or metrics - can help reduce the load and prevent the issue.

That said, I recommend creating a support ticket so we can investigate this in more detail. The error might be related to a timeout due to the volume of metrics and historical data being queried.
