Hi friends, I built a slide editor in Pigment Frame, announced it on Linkedin (here’s the post).I got a LOT of request to share the prompt-result so other people can do the same.So I’m sharing it here.I attached 3 files:slide it code: the code of the frame slide it resources: how this frames plugs into a Pigment app skill.txt: an explanation for Agents how to rebuild itLoad the 3 files to the Modeler Agent and say:build a new app "Slide it Test".Build a frame following the instructions in the attached skill.txtDon't re-invent the code nor the resources of the Frame, take them from the code and resources attached txtI encourage you to build this in a stand alone app to which you will share blocks you need the data connected in your slides. This should give you something like this:  enjoy !

Hello, I'm having difficulties with the Claude MCP server. It can find certain metrics, but it does not seem like it can also peek into the properties for each dimension. For instance: I have a simple text property on a certain dimension, but Claude insists that it cannot see the properties for that dimension.Any idea what that might be and how I can fix that? Thanks, Bas

Is it possible to enter data when the input enabled metric is rendered in a Board but displayed using a Data Slice?  Eg where Data Slice is setup on Version to pull just two versions

Love Pigment and want to shape how a global company plans, closes, and reports? 8x8 is hiring a Senior Finance Manager, Systems & Corporate Reporting to own and evolve our Pigment environment: the architecture, the data flows, and the consolidated reporting that runs on top of it.We have a dedicated SEC reporting team, this role is focused on operational reporting and works closely with the CFO. Remote, US-based, Pacific time availability required.More details here, feel free to reach out directly

When Application A's board displays a metric shared from Application B via a Library/cross-application reference, and that reference is used directly in a view rather than wrapped inside a local formula in Application A — does taking a Snapshot of Application A freeze that displayed value as of snapshot time? Or does opening the Snapshot later still show Application B's current live value for that metric? Does the answer differ if the shared value is instead consumed inside a local formula in Application A before being displayed?

When I load the Income Statement some of the line items don’t automatically show their monthly values (the rows remain blank). The subtotals are correct - the issue is purely presentation. My workaround is to expand and collapse one of the rows and the data then appears. Is there a solution that automatically ensures all relevant data appears automatically?

Hello Pigment Community!I am looking for any documentation on the Pigment Project Management Full Suite. Are there User Guides, Videos, basically anything showing how to set it up and use if effectively?Cheers,Jack

Hi,I want to know how much AI Credits usage it takes if we build a frame since its using Modeler agent for this.Because when i looked into my usage it went quite high since yesterday with usage of Frames. Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m looking for some advice on the best architecture for a DRP model. We have around 100k Products and 11 DCs. I’m considering two options:A single Product-DC dimension containing only valid combinations. Keeping Product and DC as separate dimensions and calculating at their intersection. My initial assumption was that Pigment’s sparse engine would make the two approaches fairly similar from a calculation-density perspective. However, I’m wondering whether the higher cardinality of the Product × DC intersection could have a significant impact, especially since the DRP logic uses PREVIOUSOF().Would you recommend one approach over the other in this case? And are there any specific performance considerations I should take into account? Many thanks !

What is the cleanest formula structure to calculate a Year-over-Year (YoY) moving average across a custom rolling 12-month calendar block?

Hi,I want to go for the certification of Pro Advanced Model Builder in Pigment. Can someone guide me how can i achieve that. Thanks in advance

Hello,I would like to import data from a PowerBI Dataset - is it possible and if yes, what is the recommended way?Note: the data set combines data from Snowflake, Excel files and managed rules by another planning group and therefore I want to leverage on this, rather than replicate.ThanksRemi.

Hi,I have been facing an issue with my view recently. I created a view with metrics in rows and month in columns and have used pigment Add calculated item feature to calculate yoy for every month ,yoy variance and variance %. The issue is next to it is a Total column appearing which i dent want in my view and i am unable remove it.What i did so farL-1. In the aggregator panel rmeoved the month total2. Right click on total and clicked on hide month total3. No show value as calculation addedshow every subtotal toggle is already disabledPlease let me know what i am doing wrong or missing something

Hello,Is in the roadmap the possibility to create data import configurations automatically (https://kb.pigment.com/docs/connect-google-bigquery#load-bigquery-data-into-pigment), for example through an API or by syncing with a file in a repository? At the moment these are set up manually, and we would like to understand what automation options exist to govern what is accessible and configurable in Pigment.Best,António

Hi, I am running into a blocker here.Doing an import starting from a file, it wont let me select multiple times the month columns (though the other columns work just fine...)I am quite sure this error does not show up in previous TL lists imports I did in the past.Any guess ?
