Hello Pigment community,I recently found I can't use the "Show Value As" function in a table to calculate cost as a % of revenue at the department level. Maybe I'm missing something. Hoping someone can help explain.For example, in a table I have Metric 1 (cost by department by month) and Metric 2 (total revenue by month), both added to the table. I tried setting "Show Value As" the % of Metric 2 for Metric 1, expecting to see cost as a % of revenue by each department. Instead, Pigment only gives me the total % of revenue. I believe this used to work at the department level.Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

Like in Excel I would like to customize ‘mark” It is important to display all the lines even if the data the same. 

Hi !We have an Excel add-in connexion to our production environment in a file. This file is shared between multiple people. The connexion was fine and we were able to retrieve data without issue. However, a new user tried to change the filters (version and company) and update the date and now we have an error saying “something went wrong when pulling the data. Please try again”. We tried several times closing the file and reoping it without success. The same file containe other similar connexions that were fine pulling new data when changing the filter.  

Hi, I am running into a blocker here.Doing an import starting from a file, it wont let me select multiple times the month columns (though the other columns work just fine...)I am quite sure this error does not show up in previous TL lists imports I did in the past.Any guess ? 

Hi,I have a TL which imports raw data from NS but for the 2 historical months values in NS is different than Pigment TL. Our NS data is daily refreshed in Pigment. So, is there a possibility that out of all historical months 2-month data is not updated i.e. values at initial load may be different but now are not updated as per NS even after daily refresh or is there any other thing causing the issue.Thanks

Hello, I would like to automate data imports from a transaction list via an SFTP connection. My SFTP connection is working properly.Issue 1: Variable dateWhen I use the “Fixed file” option with the file path and name “ZME2K_20260828_0018BSQz.P0J.csv” it works.However, when I try to use the “Most recent file” option with the file path and name “ZME2K_{{date}}_0018BSQz.P0J.csv” no file is found. Pigment documentation specifies that the “ISO-8601” standard is accepted (with or without “-”). However, article only provides the example with a hyphen. I use a YYYYMMDD format. Hi - after turning on Scenarios, is there a reason why it automatically pivots the Scenario to the bottom dimension of Columns? This causes aggregated views to appear blank for nearly all of our tables, and requires manual intervention to go in a re-save every view.Maybe I’m missing something, but it would be great if this was a little more seamless.  

Hi Hive Mind, I need to delete 1500 items form a list (following creating of thousands of duplicated entries “thanks to” the possibility to bypass the uniqueness constraint using a formula and then removing it…).On one hand, I see only right click on a single item and press delete… x by 1500 times.On the other hand The transactions lists allow to “manage items”, filters, mass check and bulk delete manually.How can I avoid repeating thousand times the same action ?

We use a rolling forecast and when we create new forecast versions we need to clone them from a previous forecast as a starting point. These clones can take close to 1 hour, which really delays our process.Is there any advice for speeding up the cloning process? Which factors impact clone duration?We do financial forecasting and workforce planning so I’d assume the main drivers are number of months, cost centers, and employees, but am wondering if there’s anything else I’m missing.

I have a table with Month and  a YTD calculated item in the columns and five metrics in the rows. Four of the metrics are financial. The fifth is headcount.As my YTD calculation applies across all metrics, my heads are adding up rather than showing the last value. Note that I changed the settings of my underlying heads metric to Last rather than Sum for time dimensions, but this didn’t make any difference. My questions is, do calculated columns have to apply across all metrics in the table? 

 Good afternoon! I have a question whichs regards the combination of two measures within a P&L setting.First measure: A Year To Date cumulative calculated item. Sums all the values of a line item in the P&L untill the most recent period, within the current fiscal year.Second measure: An index vs LY measure. Should take the index of the actuals against the actual values of last year. In this P&L, the columns are seperated in two groups, as visible in the first snippet: first 7 monthly measures, then 7 Year to date measures. Each of the columns are currently filled with accurate calculations, except for the very last one: Year to date → Index LY. I have put my current Year to Date and Index LY calculations in the attachment as well. To clarify: both the Index LY as well as the Year to date measure on its own are working just fine. It really is about the combination of both calculations in the last column. Does anybody have a clue how to solve this error? I have tried the Pigm

When I lived in TM1 World, we would always build our 'cubes' (metrics) such that the 'rules' (formulae) ONLY applied to a SINGLE 'working version'. Then, when a forecast was signed off, we would run a process to copy data from this working version (in all cubes) to an archive version, e.g. 'Forecast May', which was not subject to rule calculations. This meant that 1) the system no longer had to undertake any calculations (other than addition) for the archive versions and, more importantly, 2) any subsequent formula changes would not impact the archive versions so what was reported couldn't change.One way to achieve this in Pigment is to just back-up the whole application and call it something like 'Forecast May Reporting', but this is unsatisfactory for a number of reasons: primarily as it makes it so difficult for the end-planner to find and compare data, but also due to resource usage (what happens when we have 3 years' of monthly backups?) Hi,I am trying to export a view as csv via APOP, but my view is coming weird in Target Sheet. It is just showing Row Headers and that too with dimension name instead of dimension items. When i download that as csv it shows correct but while exporting it to another tool it is showing weird results. Please someone explain me the reason and what am i missing?Thanks

Hi !We are using the pigment connector to Excel. I have multiple questions :Is it possible to connect different sheets to different workspaces in pigment within the same excel file ? So far, we had errors where we couldn’t connect the file to anything after changing workspace. If not, what do we have to do to change the whole file from one pigment workspace to another ? We tried deleting all connexions but we either don’t have the set filter page or the file indicates we are still connected to another workspace (but we don’t know which one). Thanks !

Hello everyone,I need to automatically create new list items from a Transaction List.Specifically, I need to add items to a list using a Transaction List because, unfortunately, I am unable to create them upstream.I tested importing a list from the Transaction List, but this approach does not allow me to map a formula field.I also tried importing the list through a Transaction List, but without success. Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with the Pigment Google Sheets Connector shifting existing formulas in adjacent columns during data syncs.The Setup: I configured the Pigment Connector to start exporting data at cell B1 (leaving Column A open). Column A contains custom formulas designed to calculate alongside the imported data. The Issue: Every time the connector runs, it pushes the formulas in Column A down beneath the bottom of the imported dataset, rather than keeping them aligned in rows 1 onwards alongside the newly exported data. Expected vs. Actual: Expected: Data populates starting at B1, while Column A maintains its formulas side-by-side with the imported rows. Actual: The connector appears to insert/clear full sheet rows, bumping all existing Column A formulas below the last row of the export.
