I have a couple of boards that have ‘Month’ as a page selector. By default these are set on the current Month (driven by a variable). Based on the same variable I have some calculated items in tables (for example YTD calculations).
In the page selector I can then select a particular month to switch back and forth between months and the YTD calculation changes accordingly. Works fine.
But I would like to limit the allowed items in the page selector. At the moment the users have to scroll through a list of months from 2021 to 2030 to select the month. I would like to limit those allowed items to only the current year. The problem is that the month selector (hidden) defaults to the variable, but for the variable (visible) I cannot manipulate the allowed items (greyed out).
Any help is much appreciated. I have asked this before in the community, but unfortunately I didn't find the time to really dive into the solution just yet.
I have filtered all the tables on the specific board by a variable ‘current year’. Unfortunately that did not limit the dropdown in the page selector.
