Big things are happening at Pigment this October! Alongside our $250M Series E announcement, we're introducing smarter Agents, faster Boards, more flexible Data Flows, and improvements to help you build and deploy with confidence. Plus, discover new learning resources and upcoming opportunities to connect with the Pigment Community.
Pigment raises $250m Series E

You may already have seen the email from our co-founders: Pigment has raised a $250m Series E, led by Scaleup Europe Fund with a planned investment from NVIDIA. Your trust helped get us here, so thank you. The Community post has the full story, as well as the press release and Bloomberg’s coverage.
Agents that know more and do more

The Modeler Agent got a lot smarter this month. It now chooses your best mode, so it never builds anything before you're ready. It also sees your manual edits to Views and Boards, and can search Views by name, usage or intent. Agents also reach further. Through Agent connectors, connect them to Slack (Agents work with Slack from within Pigment), GitHub, Linear, Atlassian, Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, Attio and Notion. Let them read and search your Files too. Files access is off by default, so a Workspace security admin must activate it in security settings. Plus, see AI Credits consumed per Mission, and whether actions came from the Modeler Agent or MCP.
Faster, leaner Boards and Snapshots

Boards got easier to build and quicker to use. Add a "Back to homepage" option to any navigation button, so everyone lands on the homepage set for their role. Spot slow widgets with Board performance insights, which breaks down load time widget by widget. Selections are more flexible too. Combine parents and children to pick all of EMEA except Germany, plus just Paris, in one pass, and use export filters to guide which Items Members can export. Snapshots are leaner as well. Deselect the default Scenario to save cell quota, and the homepage now loads far faster for organizations with many Snapshots.
Build, deploy and connect with confidence

Pigment's foundations got stronger this month. Header tooltips put context right where Members work, explaining any Metric or Property in English and French. Test & Deploy gives you a clearer view of every release. Check the Deployment scope summary, see which security changes affect a deployment even without security permissions, deploy Homepage settings, and find Local Deployment configurations in their own tab. Data Flows are more powerful with Hybrid mode, which mixes sequential and parallel steps in one flow, plus Integration imports and the new Databricks SQL connector. Paste thousands of rows into List Properties at once with Bulk inputs, and keep your workspace tidy with Bulk Delete Applications.
Intent Modeling Certification: Module 1 Is Live!

The newest module in the Intent Modeling Certification is now live in Pigment Academy. In Module 1: The Art of Articulation, learn to prepare before you prompt, give the Modeler Agent clear guardrails, and steer builds through an iterative conversation. Then practice in a hands-on sandbox. Start Module 1 today.
