Hi everyone,

I’m trying to export data using the endpoint https://pigment.app/api/export/view/<view_id> via PowerShell. Despite using a valid API token and correct view ID, I get DNS or connection errors.

I’ve tried:

  • PowerShell, Postman, and curl

  • Changing DNS to 8.8.8.8

  • Running from mobile hotspot and cloud environments

  • Swagger UI — but after authorization, all actions are locked and I cannot trigger export

None of these methods are working.

Could you please confirm:

  • Are these endpoints operational from India?

  • Are there any region-based restrictions or settings required to enable export?

There are no region-based restrictions for accessing Pigment APIs - including from India.

That said, please ensure that your Pigment workspace’s API keys are not restricted by IP. You can verify this in the IP allow list settings here: 👉 Configure an IP allow list for API keys

Additionally, could you check if any network configurations or firewall rules on your end might be blocking access?
