You can now use Recovered Applications to restore one or more Applications to a previous point in time, helping you quickly use a previous version of an Application as reference in the case of accidental changes or technical issues. This article covers how to recover, manage, update, and delete recovered Applications.

Recover an Application as a Member

You need to invite your Pigment Support Account to be a Security Admin in your Workspace when submitting a restore request, as Application recovery is currently implemented by Support.

To recover an Application as a Member:

1. Go to Recovered Applications in the sidebar.
2. Select Raise a request to open a ticket with Pigment Support for Application recovery.

The designated owner of the recovered Applications can view and manage Recovered Applications from the Recovered Applications page. For more information, see the next section, Manage Recovered Applications.

Note the following about recoveries:

  • You can have three active recoveries in process at the same time. Once your Applications are successfully restored, you receive a notification in your Workspace.
  • Each restore can contain multiple Applications.

🛡️ Warning

Recovered Applications are deleted after 30 days.
