Hi,

I am looking for a solution to create a default filter specifically per user. Today we work across different countries and would like to set default filter per board per person so that Person A see country “Finland” as default and Person B always see country “Germany” in the same board. Any suggesting on how I can implement this?

Would really appreciate you help on this topic:)

Hi @Benedikte ,

This is possible using Member based variables following these steps:

  1. Create a boolean metric dimensioned by User and Country (you could use the boolean metric used for Access Rights by Country if it exists)
     
  2. Add a Member based variable in your Application settings (you can find steps to create the variables in this article)
  3. Apply this variable by default to your page filters in your boards:
