Hi Pigment Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I have a question regarding the notification settings in Pigment. Specifically, I would like to know if it’s possible to send email notifications directly to a group created within Pigment.

This need arises from a requirement to send notifications to a mailing list. While I understand that mailing lists are not directly supported in Pigment, I was exploring whether using groups could serve as an alternative.

I’d appreciate it if you could clarify whether this functionality is currently supported, and if not, whether there are any workarounds or future plans to include it.

I don’t think we have a direct feature within Group for you to type some texts and hit a button to send out emails,

However, currently, I think you can leverage Pigment Automation to make this happen, 

After setting your trigger metric, you can come to Recipients to set up configuration for your Conditional Recipients - this is basically a metric dimensioned by User and other relevant dimensions, you can link the Roles from Group within this metric formula.
