I’m trying to get a dynamic metric where based on the age of added employees I can schedule cancellations as per assumed % however I’m getting an error I can’t solve.
TMs_02_Employees_New is a basis
Cancelled Timing is a dimension
then assumption and mapping schedule for months.
Can you please help?

Ok, I think I solved that. The modifier “by:→” is always difficult to properly build. Sharing the formula I created but would love to hear if there is a better option to get the same results.

Great to see that you solved it. The BY with → is a very nice way of solving this.
I’ll have a think about an alternative but on first glance this looks perfectly fine.
The BY → may feel complex but the only thing it does is ADDING the new mapping dimension on top of the source dimensions instead of REPLACING the source dimensions with the target dimensions.
