Data Import Error Message | Community

Dear all,

I have been trying endlessly to import data into this transaction list, but we get this error message of excluded values from the CSV source. We’ve already imported data into other lists and it’s the first time we get this error message so I was wondering if you could help us with it.

Here is the error message

the excluded data was supposed to be added on properties that are dimensions. The data we’re importing is very simple text

And the dimensions already exist on Pigment, we’ve already created them.

your import is not set to automatically create new items however it looks they are already created.

Check two things:

the values in your dimension seem to have a space before them ?
if not, open your data with a text editor and look for special characters
