I want to map the two tables such that I can map the sales of manager mapped according to their end date and start date, and list their sales according to the employees under them.

This can achieve this by using Pigment's formula writing capabilities. I am not sure what insights you need, but you can do this with formulas. For example, you can subtract the start date from the end date to get the duration of the sales cycle.
