Hi Pigment Community, 

I have some data that i’ve uploaded to a Pigment transaction block from Sales Force. Included in my data is hyperlink information so that my users can click the link to navigate from Pigment to Sales Force if they want to go to the source of the data. At the moment I am unable to find a way to make the link active though, and was wondering if there is a way to achieve this?

Hi Darious,

You need to change the Property Type;

Select Edit Property

 

Select ‘Use Formatting’ to enable Rich Text

 

 

This will also work with the HTML tags, but if you have the possibility to remove them I would suggest doing that.
