Hi everyone,

I have created two scenarios - Budget & Actuals. Now when I am turning on AI Insights on a metric, its showing details of the default scenario, even though I want insights of the Budget scenario.

How can I solve this problem? Why are insights not available on Multiple scenarios?
The documentation AI is mentioning that AI Insights can compare 2 scenarios but I am not finding any option to change the scenario for Insights.

Please kindly help me out, Thanks!

Regards,
Spandan

Hello @Min Li Bright Point

Yes, I tried stating, to do analysis in budget scenario, but it's showing values of just default scenario and there is no option to change the scenario.

Hello @Spandan98 !

Were are you triggering the Insights from? From a KPI were the data is already filtered? If yes, Insights should compute the Variance between the 2 scenarios displayed in the KPIs.

Insights is compatible with Native Scenarios but only supports Shared Scenarios, maybe the Scenarios “Actuals” and Budget are local ones?

If you aren’t able to troubleshoot please send a recording to the support team.

Thank you,

Andrea
