Is it possible to reverse a change in Pigment ? I deleted a block accidentally and the block was being used somewhere and I did not get any warnings before deleting. Now I have errors. - Is it possible to undo a deletion ?

Hi, unfortunately, it’s not possible to undo this action.

Each Delete button comes in red and requires a second validation to ensure the user’s validation to delete.

That said, errors happen. I recommend you to quickly contact the Pigment Support service with your situation and give the appropriate details. They can fetch a backup of your environment and give you an exported file of your data that you can reimport to resolve your accidental deletion.

Hope this helps.

Best,

hey @newtopigment,

as @Benoit said, it’s not possible to undo the delete, and yes, for deleting blocks, right now you will not receive the warnings beforehand on whether that block is used eslewhere or not,

however, we can always check to make sure before we delete something,
you can hit “Block Usage” in “Block Setting” to see whether other blocks in your workspace is referencing the block you want to delete
