Hi,

I am facing an issue with the email notifications triggered when a certain criterion is met. I seem to be receiving the emails as expected but the client I am working for is not receiving them. Could anyone please tell me why this could be happening?

Have you checked if the “Email” is enabled ? 


Open the workspace → Settings → Account Settings → Notifications → “Tasks and Alerts” (Email/ Slack should be enabled/ toggled On here)


Also, can you check the “history” of the workflow automation if the email has been triggered to that specific person / user/ client ?

Steps to check the history : Automations → Check for the specific automation → Click on “Show History” → “View Summary”
