Write Access for boolean Type data type

Can we provide Write access to Boolean data type?

I have achieved that requirements by security.

I have one input metric that have three dimensions (Year, A2 Type ans Scenario) and Data Type Boolean.

Requirement: if one scenario boolean is true than user cannot make true for other scenario.

I was trying to achieve it by security but unable to achieve it.

Please guide us how to achieve it.
