
Add your company logo to enhance the identity of your organization in your Workspace and customize your Boards. This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a logo to your Workspace and to a Board header.
Only Workspace or Security Admins can add a logo to the Workspace.
Add a logo
The logo is displayed in the top left corner of the sidebar. To add a logo:
- Go to Workspace Settings.
- Select Logo, Colors & Images.
- In the Logo section, add a publicly hosted image URL to the Image URL field to load an image. Use a square image with minimum dimensions of 256x256px, a transparent background, and no padding for best display.
- Select Save changes. If you leave the Workspace formatting settings page without selecting Save changes, your logo will not display.
The Pigment logo displays by default or if there is an error with your image upload.
Remove a logo
To remove a logo:
- Go to Workspace Settings.
- Select Logo, Colors & Images.
- In the Logo section, select Remove to instantly remove the logo, or manually delete the image URL and select Save changes.
Add a logo to a Board header
To add a logo to a Board header:
- Select an Application.
- Go to All Boards and select a Board.
- Select Edit.
- Select Format.
- In the Board icon section, go to Header image.
- Toggle Logo to on. The logo appears on the Board header.
