 We’ve just announced findings from a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study, conducted by Forrester Consulting and commissioned by Pigment.  The TEI demonstrated Pigment’s substantial ROI for a composite organization representative of interviewed customers, 306%, including over $8.1 million in benefits over a three-year period and more than 1,000 hours saved per year across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain planning. Here’s where you’re making productivity gains:Financial planning and analysis130 hours per analyst yearly, 480 hours per FTE within the payroll team and 84 hours per executive.Sales planning619 hours of work per analyst and 201 hours of work per sales planner.Business forecasting20 hours per analyst per forecasting cycle and 16 hours per executive.Scenario planning12 hours per analyst during the 10 scenarios and six hours per executive at each of the four scenario planning reviews per year. Read the full study here. 

We’ve recently updated our block headers for a more simplified look. This article is designed to outline all the new behaviors.  Introducing the Formula icon for hiding the formula bar!  There is now an formula icon that can be used to hide and show the formula bar. Members can click the new formula icon to expand and collapse the formula bar. Also when using the drilldown options, Members can click on “Show/Hide formula breakdown” to expand and collapse the formula bar.We optimised the experience for each type of user. If the Member is considered a “modeller” (either have the ‘Can Configure Block’ or the ‘Can Open Block Explorer’) then the formula and the formula breakdown will be displayed by default. All remaining Members will be considered as “contributors” and the formula and formula breakdown won’t be displayed by default. Hello friends, On Friday April 14th, we will be making some changes to the Autosave functionality and the default Autosave behavior when inputting data in Sheet View. What is the “Autosave off” feature that will be released on April 14th? Now Members with Configure Blocks permission will have a block-level setting controlling Autosave.  This setting is now available on all block types and determines if inputs within the block are automatically saved or not. While already existing, the Autosave functionality was changed to expand its functionality to Boards for all types of display modes and not only Sheet view, making it more accessible to Members inputting data on Boards. This change also enables the autosave setting to be consistent across users and views. How does this impact Sheet view? On April 14th, Sheet view’s default behavior will change from Autosave being off to Autosave being turned on. This means Members will no longer have to save inputs before they sync with the rest of

You have probably heard about NPS, a survey that allows a company to measure its customers’ satisfaction. At Pigment, we care a lot about your feedback & we use the NPS survey to have more insights about your experience with the product & the company.  How do we measure the NPS? At Pigment, we send out your first NPS survey one month after your account creation, and then every 6 months after that. You will receive it via email or directly in Pigment and it will look like this:  You will be invited to provide a score from 1 to 10 and, as a follow-up, you will receive an optional question to give more details about your score. Any constructive feedback is welcome and represents an invaluable source of information to make Pigment even better!This optional survey is of great help to us!!
