Hey Karin,
A useful feature is also to add timestamps when a list item has been created or edited.
You can enable this feature to both dimension and transaction lists from the list’s settings. It will automatically create new properties and timstamps will update the next time new items are added.
I have found this to be super helpful in people planning and investment planning where multiple people add new items to lists.
