I have a metric called 'Number of departments per supplier' that is dimensioned by Sub-Department and Supplier. When I use 'Number of departments per supplier' [REMOVE: 'Supplier'], I get the total by Sub-Department (without the Supplier detail), which works as expected. But when I use 'Number of departments per supplier' [REMOVE: 'Sub-Department'], nothing is displayed, whereas I would like to get the total by Supplier (with all Sub-Departments aggregated).

Thank you for your help. The problem was related to security, I didn’t have access to all the departments. When I used the Resetaccessrights , everything worked well, and I understood that it was linked to security. thank you

‘Number of departments per supplier’ metric : can you share this metric’s values by pivoting the view to show both supplier and sub-department in rows and columns respectively.
