Hi,

Can a notification be triggered even when the Automation has been turned off? I have been receiving emails even though I have the notifications turned off. There are no changes in the model history to point to what triggered it.

Hi there,

Just to clarify, have you turned off the notification settings at the workspace level and are still receiving notifications?

Or do you have automations set up that are not activated?

In both situations, if notifications are disabled or the automations are not activated, they should not be triggering.

Regarding automations, could you please check the Execution History to confirm whether any activity has been recorded? Additionally, is it possible that a similar automation is still active in another application?

If you’re unable to identify the source, I recommend submitting a ticket to our Support team so they can investigate further and determine where the notifications are coming from.

Thank you!

Hi @Julie Guérin ,

I have application specific automations set up which are currently inactive. I have been receiving emails from those applications even though there is no model history recorded to indicate that any change has been made to metrics that trigger those notifications. Even if there had been changes made, I should not be receiving any notifications because they are not active at all.

Thanks for reaching out. I’ll reach out to support with this issue.
