Is it possible to set up a metric for selecting the Snapshots my boards in an app reference so that i don’t have to change them all manually?

Hey,

You don’t need to do that in a metric, you can do it in the board/view on the level of the page selectors.

You can access that when you edit the board (and even set application variables so it is consistent in your apps)

Thanks, thats great! are you able to set it so that calculated items automatically pick up the boards selected snapshot? For example, i had a variance for actuals and wanted it to compare vs Budget or forecast depending on the users selection?

This is done by allowing the user to change the variable: https://kb.pigment.com/docs/en/practical-examples-and-best-practices-for-changeable-static-variables

One this is setup, update the calculated items to reference the two (or one) variable(s).
