Bonjour,

Merci beaucoup.

Hi Jessica,

If I understand your request correctly, I have a workaround that should be applicable.

I simply create a table with the metric and filter to hide empty rows and columns, just as you did with the metric. Once this step is completed, you can built the export to Gsheet in the integration to point to this table and the data should come over as expected.

Hope this helps, please let me know if this does the trick!

Best,

Seth

Hi Jessica,

This is an update to my previous message because my testing methodology was incomplete because I only had one metric in my rows. I tried this again with a table of 27 metrics in the rows and experienced the same issue. After opening an ticket and getting on a call with Pigment support, they said this was expected. When working with Metrics in a Table, the GSheet export functionality sees all Metrics as one and thus they either all show up or none of them do. The reason the support specialist gave as to why the view looks correct in Pigment and not GSheet is because there Google unfilters the metrics before bringing it in and doesn’t recognize the rows as being blank. It would be a good idea to submit to Pigment in the community to see if there could be a fix beyond filtering out the blank values.

Best,

Seth

Thanks all for your replies,
I did a ticket to Pigment customer support too to have a better comprehension. If a solution is found I will put it here.

Kind regards.

TEGUA Jessica.
