Hi Remi,

This is Keegan from Pigment Support!

The date format in Pigment follows your browser's preferred language and region, not the Pigment display language and a generic "English" still maps to the US (MM/DD/YYYY) format.

To switch to DD/MM/YYYY, add a region that uses day-first dates and put it at the top:

  1. In Edge, go to Settings > Languages.
  2. Click Add languages and add English (United Kingdom) (or your local English/French variant).
  3. Use the menu next to it and select Move to the top so it's your first preferred language.
  4. Then fully reload Pigment and re-check.

If the format still doesn't change after moving the language to the top, confirm there's no other "English (United States)" entry sitting above it, and then remove or demote it.

Additionally if you're on a managed/work device, your IT policy may lock language order; in that case adjust the Windows regional format instead.

If the issue still persists feel free to file a support ticket and we can investigate!
