Hello,

Lately I’ve been getting error messages when trying to export a grid to Excel. Now I get these ‘Sorry, we couldn't find C:\users\xxx\xxx.xlsx. Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?’ when I try to open the Excel that has been downloaded from Pigment.

Does anyone else also get these error messages or knows how to fix them? 

By the way: the Excel Pigment connector works just fine, so that's a good workaround. But you also want to be able to simply download a grid to Excel…

I encountered this error earlier today. What I did was rename the downloaded file and then reopen it. Hope this helps!

Yes, renaming the file helps indeed. Though I hope this issue can be fixed so there's no need to rename exported files :)
