Hello Team, 
Do we have an option to export Block History in Pigment ? 

if not, do we have alternatives to do an analysis for the block changes / overrides made by the end-user against the time period.

Press Block updates at the top right corner at it show history that you can filter as well. Or filter specific block in history tab.

As ​@erikausen mentioned, you can navigate to the block history and apply filters by member, action, dimension, as well as custom date and time ranges.

Alternatively, if you are on the Enterprise plan, you can export the audit logs and further filter them using the Audit Log API.
