Do we have an option to export Block History in Pigment ?
if not, do we have alternatives to do an analysis for the block changes / overrides made by the end-user against the time period.

Press Block updates at the top right corner at it show history that you can filter as well. Or filter specific block in history tab.

Alternatively, if you are on the Enterprise plan, you can export the audit logs and further filter them using the Audit Log API.
