I have the below formula but my formula is only showing the clients for which the “Year of contract signature” is FY23 but is not displaying the contract signed in FY22,FY21… and cohort client type = “On Onboarding”)

“PRM company ID “ is a dimension and my list of clients.
Year is the year of signing of my contract.
Find below the property.
My formula is currently retrieve the “On onboarding” clients but only the contract signed in FY23 and not the other signed in FY22, FY21.
So i have only 33 contracts retrieve but it should be 80.
If needed here are the metrics 04.03 and CALC_OOBD

Can you try your formula in the playground without the BY and see if you get all contracts ?
