Is there a possibility to have the Hint feature enabled by default or a conditional format that highlights cells where end users can manually make changes?

Unfortunately the feature you have mentioned is currently not supported.
We are always looking for new ideas. If you navigate to our Product Roadmap , you can see what we have recently launched, have planned, and what's under consideration. You’ll also notice we have a Submit idea button in the top right, please feel free to pass on any product improvement ideas you have.
