We have a board where the end user can create new items using the 'Add List Item' action. If the user creates an already existing name, is there a way to identify which items are duplicated? or even avoid this? The alert in the app only directs me to the list but not to the duplicated items

Are you trying to add into a Transaction List or a Dimension List. You shouldn’t be allowed to add a duplicated item to a dimension (cf. my first screenshot).
Can you check if the property you are trying to add is underlined (meaning unique) ? Otherwise, you can toggle the unicity feature in the property so it won’t allow the addition of duplicates (it also works for Transaction Lists).
