As shown above, I would like to add some color conditional formatting to the access rights. How can I achieve that? I have tried using the condition “Does not contain” with the value “Read / Write,” but it doesn't seem to work.

Have you tried to Apply Conditional Formatting Based on Another Metric?
Because you could create a boolean metric that checks and applies True where the condition is met - ‘Access Rights Metric’ = ACCESSRIGHTS(TRUE,TRUE) - and then you can use it to apply the conditional formatting here.
