Hi,

Please let us know how to turn of Shared Scenarios.

As per me, there is no option to unshare option in pigment after sharing Scenarios.

HI @abhilashsawla

Even I have the same query as this is bit confusing as it is available in all application once scenario is Started.

You can only share a scenario if its parent is already a shared one

Hi @Nathan,

Please let me know how to turn off Parent Scenario Sharing.

Ah sorry I misunderstood. You cannot unshare a scenario.

What are you trying to achieve ?

Hi @Nathan

I do not want to take shared Scenario in our next application So There is three possibility.

  1. Unshare Scenario
  2. Hide Scenario
  3. Delete Shared Scenario (But it will impact other application, if it is used for analysis)

But, We do not have Unshare and Hide Scenario option in Pigment.

Please let us know, if you have any solution for the same.

I see, indeed that is a limitation of scenarios at the moment.

If you want a new app that doesn’t have existing shared scenarios, your only option is to hide them.

Our R&D team is aware and working on options

Hi @Nathan

Could you let me know how to hide Individual Shared and Unshared Scenario?

Only, We have an option to hide all shared and unshared scenario from Column and Row in Blocks.

Hello! I confirm that currently it’s not possible to Unshare or Hide a Shared Scenario. It’s in the roadmap to give you the ability to define in which specific Applications each Scenario should exist. @abhilashsawla what’s your exact need? Why do you want to unshare or hide Scenarios? if your need is rather to hide specific Scenarios from Scenario selector you can use the Page Options to define the “Available items” you want to display in the Scenario Selector.

Thanks @Andrea

Hi @abhilashsawla ,

Since your original post you now can manage access rights to control who can view or interact with Scenarios in Pigment.

By setting access permissions to "None" for specific roles, you can effectively restrict visibility and interaction for those users. For more detailed steps on managing access rights, you can refer to the article Set Up Access Rights on Scenarios.

Hope this helps, Sharon
