We have an Excel add-in connexion to our production environment in a file. This file is shared between multiple people. The connexion was fine and we were able to retrieve data without issue. However, a new user tried to change the filters (version and company) and update the date and now we have an error saying “something went wrong when pulling the data. Please try again”. We tried several times closing the file and reoping it without success. The same file containe other similar connexions that were fine pulling new data when changing the filter.
