From Dimension B, How can I look up a property from Dimension A based on a Dimension A property which is in Dimension B? MS-Copilot told me to use Lookup (), which works in Anaplan but I cannot find Lookup in Pigment functions.  Thank you.

Hi @Kevin Leadbeater ,

This is actually super simple in Pigment, but because its so simple its sometimes overlooked! :)

You can do DimensionB.PropertyfromB.PropertyA , you kan keep chaining these as far as you want with “.” dots in the middle.

Example

Dimension A City

Name - Country (property)
Paris - France

Dimension B Country

Name - Region
France - Europe

If you want to have the Region of Paris, you simply do City.Country.Region

I forgot the dimension chaining from earlier course. Simple is better, thank you.
