Is there any way to define condition formatting based on metrics because I did not find any way to do that?

It seems to me that you can only do conditional formatting based on values. However, your question seems to be an interesting use case. It would be great if you could post an idea with an exemple of what you’d like to accomplish.

That would help on Product Managers to improve the formatting options.
