Modeler process issue

Hi Community,

 

I’ve been getting this message from the modeler and it seems to be stuck in a loop,

“The content previously displayed here relied on an older version of this Agent and can no longer be retrieved.”

 

anyone ideas?

If you're trying to update or follow-up on an older thread created before 22 July, this behavior is expected, as those threads are now in read-only mode.

If you're seeing this error on a newer thread instead, could you please submit a support ticket so we can investigate further? It would be very helpful if you could include the thread ID, as this will allow us to look into the issue more efficiently.
