I would like to understand Textlist aggegator in detailed.

Where or how to use it in different - different scenario.

The usage of it is aggregating text and keeping the detail

 

Imagine you have a ledger:

You want to aggregate by Account but see the detail of the descriptions:

Is there any way by which we can sort the concatenated values? 
i.e. Drinks, Hotel , Restaurants for T&E
