Is it possible to set up notification every time when the load automatically happened from a native integration?
Does it depend on the type of plan?

Hi Alina,

I can envision a solution where, assuming we have a ‘load date’ property in the transaction list, we have a metric dimensioned by Day that references said property. The metric would be True for each Day that was represented by at least one transaction in the transaction list. We could then set up an automation based on this metric, that would send a notification each time a new Day was checked as True.

A couple of things to note here:

  1. If you loaded twice in one day, you would only receive a notification for the first load.
  2. You need to be on at least the Professionals plan to set up Automations

Hope this helps :)

Hi @Matt D

Thanks! I was thinking about it s well but hoped it can be done without additional metrics

Maybe it could be an idea for Pigment improvements for the future :)

I agree it could by a nice feature to have natively (with the option to select who can receive those notifications), feel free to submit the idea https://community.pigment.com/ideas
