Is there a option where when we select an item of a dimension in one metric or table, the other metrics and tables get synced with that item only and display data of that item specifically?

Not quite sure what you mean by “select an item” here. Changes to Dimensions will flow through to any Metric or Table that are compiled using that Dimension. If you’re wanting to create conditions around how Dimensions are updated or how those changes affect your Metrics, there’s likely a formula-based solution that would get you there, but we might have to know more specifics about your situation to assess what options would work for you. In the meantime, check out this community article for more info on filtering: Filtering Data in Formulas.
One other tool that might help you is an upcoming feature called Subsets that allows you to extract specific data from Dimensions and include them in Metrics and other calculations, rather than the entire Dimension. This feature is due to be released in the coming weeks, but you can check out our Community article on it here to see if it might work for you: How to Use List Subsets.
