May I know standard time duration which you take to solve the issues?

On average for a technical issue we take 4.86 days to resolve a Priority 3 case, but that is an average and every case has differing complexities. I recommend you update the ticket to increase the priority if this is becoming a blocker.

Hi all,
I am having a similar issue, which seems to be getting worse.
My import times out about half the time, and takes around an hour or longer to import.
Was there anything specific that helped resolve this case?
I’m pulling data from AWS (S3) and the table is ~3.8M rows.
