I would like to know when we get timeout issue during Data import and how to solve it.

I already created request on 1st March 2023 but not received any valuable solution till now.

May I know standard time duration which you take to solve the issues?


Hi @abhilashsawla, I’ve found your ticket and I can see the updates regarding this, I see my colleague Benoit has been updating you. 

On average for a technical issue we take 4.86 days to resolve a Priority 3 case, but that is an average and every case has differing complexities. I recommend you update the ticket to increase the priority if this is becoming a blocker.
