Hello, our Workday to Pigment failed to load as the previous member was deactivated on 5/30. Please advise on how best to proceed. Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes that’s a know behavior, I’ve submitted an idea some months ago to improve this, you can upvote it here

In the meantime, as the error message mention, you can edit the current configuration and resave it. It will have your name instead of the deactivated user.

Thank you! For the meantime, Pigment support team advised we create a new Key Owner tied to a Service Account (provided by our IT-Okta team). Now, if anybody from our team (that was a Key Owner) departs there will no disruption to our integrations.
