What does a Pigment user group look like?
An engaging half-day that our customers spend with each other: honest conversations, a look at what’s coming next, and time to work through real questions together.
At a glance
- Hear how other teams use Pigment, and what they’ve learned along the way
- Get a roadmap update from the Pigment team, with plenty of time for questions
- Join a workshop or roundtable on a practical topic, including Pigment AI
- Meet people from nearby companies over a meal
Whether you’re new to Pigment or years in, you’re sure to find something useful to take away from our user groups!

Someone who uses Pigment shares their story: how they got started, what surprised them, what they’d do differently, and what they’re working on now. Speakers range from teams just past go-live to those running mature setups, so there’s a range of experience levels and points in the Pigment journey for you to learn from.
If you’re wondering how to do something, odds are someone in the room is too. Hearing how another team got people comfortable with Pigment or removed a particular blocker can change what you try next. Bring your questions - they’re half the value.

The Pigment team walks you through what’s recently launched and what’s coming, then opens it up. Ask how a feature might fit your team, or a use case you’ve been wanting to try. Tell us what you’d like to see next. Your feedback goes straight back to the product team.
Depending on the event agenda, you may also have the chance to test features before they go live. Getting hands-on can help turn a product preview into a clearer picture of the potential business impact.

Small groups, one topic, and enough time to go deep. Recent roundtables have covered AI governance, workspace optimisation, centre of excellence setups, onboarding new users, and annual planning readiness. Topics come from what attendees ask for, so tell us what you’d like to see!
There’s usually someone at the table who has already solved a version of your problem.

Some of the best conversations happen between sessions, over coffee, or at the lunch table. Most people in the room use Pigment the way you do, whether as an admin, a modeler, a planner, or a finance lead, so you can skip the basics and get right to the interesting bits.
Someone further along may show you something you hadn’t considered: how they set up access rights, how they keep their workspace tidy, how they got their team to actually log in. Someone just starting out may ask a question that makes you rethink your own approach, the kind you stopped asking a while ago because you assumed the answer was obvious.
It’s also a chance to leave with a few names from your city you can message the next time you’re stuck.

Returning to a user group is a chance to reconnect and reflect. The questions you bring may have changed. A challenge that once felt unfamiliar may now be something you can help another user navigate.
As you see your own progress and hear how others have grown, the event becomes more than a place to learn about Pigment. It becomes a community you’re part of.
Joining us for the first time? Bring your questions, your experiences, and an openness to learning from others. You don’t need to be a Pigment expert to contribute, and you don’t need to be new to discover something useful. We look forward to seeing you at one of our user groups!
As we plan our user group events we update our events page, so keep an eye on this community space:
