Are you computing the ranking by client in a separate metric? You have 2 options to present this in this table. 

1. Add the metric with the client ranking in this table 
2. Add a new property in the client dimension and add this property in this view via the Pivot
   • In order to show this it must be a dimension formatted property, so I would suggest creating a dimension with values from 1 to X , depending on the amount of clients you have + some buffer for future clients.
