Workaround for Schedule Sending Boards/Blocks as a PDF?

Hello, 

I saw it’s an outstanding idea to support automated schedule send of boards/blocks. But I was wondering if in the meantime anyone has been able to create a workaround to support that? 

I’d like to be able to send a pdf export of a board every X day of the Month to a defined set of emails

Hi Kristian, thanks for reaching out!

This isn’t currently possible natively in Pigment. Boards can be exported to PDF manually, but there isn’t currently a way to schedule a recurring PDF export of a Board or Block and send it to a defined list of email recipients.


If you only need to share the data, one possible workaround is to automate a data export and use an external tool to generate/send the PDF. If you need the actual Board layout as a PDF, this would need to remain a manual export for now.


We’d recommend raising or upvoting this as a Product Idea so the Product team can track interest in scheduled Board PDF distribution.
