Is there a way to unshare a block if it hasn’t been used yet? I accidentally shared a block I didn’t want to, and in the block settings->library the share toggle is greyed out. It says it’s being used somewhere else, but also says “Not Used” beside it. 

Is there a bug in Dynamic variable?I have a metric with Year format and This year populates the actual months. When I apply this variable it doesn’t update variable in page selectors instantaneously. Instead I have to wait for a minute or two to see it get applied Or we need to refresh the browser url or application in order for it to make work. Is this the intended behaviour or Am I missing anything?Appreciate your responses!  Thanks,Misbah  

Hi Pigmenteers 🤗I have an input table with 10 input metrics (same dimensions, serve the same purpose). I know how to create them 1 by 1 directly from the table (more convenient), but I’m curious whether there is a way in Pigment we can create them all at the same time? 🤔

Hello,I have a Date field called “Delivery Date” (Ex : 10/06/2024). From here, I want to extract the day of the week in text format (Example :10/06/2024 is “Monday”) and my calculated field should show similar to the example here. I tried WEEKDAY(‘Delivery Date’) and it returns day of the week but in number format and I tried again TEXT(WEEKDAY(‘Delivery date”), again it does not work. How to convert weekday into Text format like Mon,Tue,etc…? thanksMohan

Hello! I’m attempting to aggregate my metrics into a full P&L with actual and forecast views. I have data coming from a Shared_IS_Actuals dimension, several Revenue and COGS dimensions already mapped, a Shared_WF_Plan dimension, and a Shared_Opex_Plan dimension. I’ve been able thus far to successfully have Actuals for all IS accounts pull in, and have Revenue, COGS, and WF (payroll, benefits, taxes) appear in a single metric. However, when I try to add my Shared_Opex_Plan data using the formula below, my Actuals stay, my revenue and cogs disappear, my WF_Plan stays, and my Opex_Plan disappears, leaving me with only the WF_Plan.  It’s like the first by modifier to map the WF_Plan to the CoA is applying to everything? What am I missing?

Hello Community, I am struggling with YTD summaries for %-values. In image 1 I have lines for Revenue and Costs and then I have added metric “Costs” for a second time and I am showing the value as % of Revenue. Image 1When I add YTD calculations (Image 2), I have an issue that also the “% of Revenue (Costs)” seems to be cumulating when in fact it should be always calculated as Costs/Revenue. This means that for February YTD (ACT) shows -2.20 % (= -1.30 % + -0.90 %) instead of the calculated values, which should be -1.11 % (= -4 664 / 419 306). Image 2Is it possible to keep the YTD calculations for other metrics, but use a “formula”-calculation for the %-metrics? In case it is any help, here is also a image of how I have pivoted the data. Image 3 

In a table, the row headings (the pivoted fields that you can view either in Tabular or Tree layout) are by default formatted with dark grey font on a light grey background. But if I want it to make it *pop* I can’t think of other way than to go row-by-row and go through the menu:Is there a better way?

Hi community! I need to filter grid in board by days and month. I have a boolean metric “Show days?” and when it is TRUE I want to see in grid only days, when its FALSE I want to see only months. How can I do it?

Hello Pigment Community,I want to dynamically aggregate my data based on the selected time period—whether by month, quarter, or year—using a Boolean metric.Expected Behavior:If Month is selected (TRUE), the data should display only monthly values. If Quarter is selected (TRUE), the data should aggregate and display only quarterly totals. If Year is selected (TRUE), the data should aggregate at only the yearly level.How can I achieve this functionality efficiently? Any guidance would be appreciated!Thanks in advance! 😊

Hello,I have a KPI on the headcount planning board for budget owners showing the number of open positions. When there is no open positions, i would like the metric to show 0 instead of “nothing to display”. I tried putting a ifblank is my formula but i have an error message saying it is taking too long to calculate. Is there any way to show 0 ? ThanksVenitia

Hi Pigment Community,we have a use case in a project where we need to combine 2 special cases in the area of Switchover dates. We have multiple switchover dates for multiple data sources, as some supplier report only monthly and some other quarterly. So we need our Forecast calculation to start at different months for different data. We want to auto calculate the switchover date, by the last available data in the Actuals data set. I haven’t found a solution on how to automatically calculate the last Actuals month. For 1. I just created a multiple dimension metric with switchover dates for all data layers, which works fine for manually setting the month for the switchover dates.I then created second metric to calculate the last month with Actual data and this formula gives me the output for the last available month:'ACT_REV_Euro (in k)' [REMOVE LASTNONBLANK: Month] However, I was not able to transform or extract the Month value from the metric. Any formula like “MONTH()” or “TIMEDIM()”

Hi,I have a transaction list where data is imported daily from NetSuite into Pigment.Some modifications will be made to the NetSuite search where the data comes from, including the addition of new columns.I’m am not sure how this change will impact the import process in Pigment?Additionally, when I go to Import Data → Set Up Import, the data mapping does not open—it just keeps loading indefinitely. Does it mean I will have to recreate an import from scratch?Thanks in advance for your guidance!Best regards,

Tried enabling pigment AI but when I ask a simple question like “What’s the revenue in 2024?”, it is giving me a total Revenue that isn’t filtered, i.e. before drilling into FX25 or 24, Live & Stage version combined, 0+12 to 12+0 versions combined? 

Hi,I d like to know whether the scenarios under deployed applications (test n deploy) can be set to "disconnected" (except the default scenario(s)) ?The need here is to have basic scenarios with predefined rules to calculate baseline projections while alowing users to add scenarios with ad hoc simulations formulas.
