For further calculation, I am trying to exclude a few members from the dimensions list items. Could anyone help me find the best approach to do that?

Hello Pigment Team,I’ve been testing various tables with large amounts of data to determine the maximum number of cells allowed. In my experiments, I’ve created tables with 1,000 metrics, 500 metrics, and 200 metrics, each dimensioned by weeks (208) and lists (5,000 records). Initially, I aimed to create a table with 5,000 metrics dimensioned by 208 weeks and a list of 1,048,576 records, but this did not work as expected.I’ve noted that applying “Dynamic Filters” doesn’t resolve the issue. Even when my dynamic filter shows only one selection, no data appears and I receive the error message: “Unable to load content for the current view. If the error persists, please contact technical support.”Is it more challenging to handle a larger number of metrics compared to a larger number of records in a dimension list? Do dynamic filters account for the “hidden” data they contain? What are the capabilities of Pigment in this context?Thank you for y

Hello,I’ve created a Pigment app connected to a NetSuite environment. All my master data and figures are coming from this system. As of today, I need to update the dimension and transaction lists one by one by launching the related import task.Is there as way to create like a master import that launch everything at once to ease the maintenance of the app ?Thank you

I have a dimension with a few hundred elements. I would like to have a column which has an auto-numbering id for each element in the dimension. Is there a way to create such a column?

I am looking to normalise some Country data from different sources in different formats (e.g. some countries have full name others ISO codes). I have been using the ITEM() function to map all correct countries to our Master Country dimension.I was now planning on doing something similar by pulling in the ISO code dimension which is also linked to the Country dimension. However, the ITEM() function does not seem to return any values which confuses me. Ultimately, I am planning to then pull in the Country dimension from the ISO code and combine the two

If I break a metric by mutilpe break downs in a table in Pigment, at the time of exporting to g-sheet using Pigment connector, i don’t see any breakdown. i only see one row of data w/o any breakdown by dimensionsis this a product limitation or a bug ?

I am currently testing an external API integration in Pigment to retrieve a response and display it within the platform. Setup Details: I configured an API connection in Pigment. On the Action board, I added a card with a button to trigger the API call. When I click the button, the API call is successfully triggered. Hello,I made a subset in my Month dimension list, in order to create a boolean metric that has Months in rows and columns. I named this subset ‘MonthTimeIntel’. Basically I wanted to create a boolean that checks what the trailing twelve months are for each month. Something like this:So far, so good. I then use this metric as a filter for my charts and graphs where I only want to show the last twelve months. Also: so far, so good. But lastly - I don't want another page selector on my dashboards. Because now the page selector for ‘MonthTimeIntel’ shows up on my dashboards, but I don't want that. Is there a way so that the MonthTimeIntel page selector moves in unison with my Month selector and so I can hide the MonthTimeIntel selector? Hello Pigment Community,I have created a variable for each metric, and in the table, I have applied the individual variables to their corresponding metrics. I then pivoted the table so that the metrics are in the page selector. The issue I'm encountering is that when I apply a variable to one metric and then try to apply a different variable for another metric, it doesn't update as expected. I need variables to be updated as according to my selection. For example, I have two P&L metrics: Salary Cost and Expense. I’ve set individual variables for both metrics. However, when I apply these variables to different selections on the board, it shows the same variable for both metrics, even though I recently applied different variables for each.Could anyone assist with this? 

Hi,I have an issue where the Workday api key stopped working and the data is not longer pushed from workday to Pigment. The Key in specific is called “Workday HCM People Planning” and is an important metrics for us in people planning. The Api key is still active in terms of expiration date 2026-01-01. Can someone please help me with this issue?Kind regards,Benedikte

Hi,I would like to know when we get timeout issue during Data import and how to solve it. 

I would like to write a formula where the intent is for the metric to calculate the average of the prior 3 months of the metric itself.I envisioned the syntax being something like the following, though it says MOVINGAVERAGE doesn’t support recursive mode.MOVINGAVERAGE(PREVIOUS(month),3)I understand that I could use MOVINGAVERAGE without PREVIOUS if the object being averaged was a separate metric, but the use case I have requires the formula to reference metric itself. Is there any solution or workaround for this?  

Hi CommunityHope you are well.I am wondering if anyone is using Google Looker as a dashboard/BI tool to report on data from Pigment and is there a way to push data from Pigment to Google Looker seamlessly? What I can find in Pigment documentation is pushing data from Looker to Pigment but not the other way around.The work around I’ve been using is pushing data from Pigment to GoogleSheet and from GoogleSheet to Looker but that requires manual refreshes and it’s not automatically synced (e.g daily) to share across the organisation with other users.ThanksNeo :)

There’s a grid in which employees are assigned to a project.Metrics: initial project and final projectIf both these projects are different for a specific employee, notification in pigment is working fine i.e. If there’s a change in project, to notify the relevant team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P2.However, there’s a metric called : “Override Project” , which can also derive Final Project.If there’s already a change in project name for Employee ABC (from P1 to P2 project), and then override of ‘P3’ is done (Now, P1 to P3 project), notification should be sent to team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P3 [P3 Must].Currently, triggering metric for workflow notification is Change in Project? with employee dimension.How can I check the logic again?

 In the dimension drop down, when I expand the size of the page selector it doesn’t save (so everytime when I click into this dimension input it goes back to the default size - any way I can save the size of the page selector?
