Hi Pigment Community,Is there a way to see information about data exports performed via an API export key?For imports, Pigment provides good traceability: when using an API import key, the application shows which assigned user performed the import (e.g. via the Block updates view).I’m looking for something similar on the export side:Visibility that an export was triggered via an API export key Ideally, being able to see which user the key is assigned to, or some form of audit/logging for API exportsIs this currently possible, or is there a recommended workaround?Thanks in advance!

The requirement is to automatically publish a reporting pack in PowerPoint. This reporting pack must be generated identically for multiple entities. All packs must be consolidated into a single PowerPoint file.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up a dependent dropdown on my Board so that the 'Year' selector filters based on the 'Version' selected, but I’ve hit a roadblock. In the Selector Options menu, I’ve changed the Adaptive Display for 'Year' to 'Dependent page selections,' but the menu doesn't expand to show the Parent Selector or Relationship settings-it just stays blank and won't let me configure the link. Do I need to pre-set a specific Property in my Year dimension list or create a Boolean Metric before Pigment will show the configuration options in this menu? Any guidance on the exact steps to make these relationship settings visible would be a huge help!

Hi everyone! I’m looking to move a specific set of Metrics and Tables from "App A" to "App B" without rebuilding them from scratch.My current plan is: Duplicate App A. Share necessary Dimensions/Lists from the original App A to the duplicate. Delete the local versions of those lists and all unnecessary metrics in the duplicate. My questions: Is there a risk of "broken formula" loops when swapping local lists for shared ones in a duplicated app? Is there a more efficient way to "Bulk Copy" metrics across apps while maintaining dimension mapping? How do you all handle the cleanup of dependencies in this scenario? Thanks for the advice!

We can’t edit snapshots and scenarios always have a risk of changing if underlying metrics change. How do you all do budget transfers? ie. I need to move a headcount from marketing to finance, how would I do this? And I would want all the related headcount costs to move too in the snapshot.

Hi,I’m wondering if it’s possible to create Year Over Year calculations that apply to Months, Quarters, and Years. It works fine at the Total Year Level:But it does not allow you to expand “Years” and view the corresponding YoY calc for quarters:Is there a workaround for this?​​​​​

Hi,Id like to take data from a source metric dimensioned by month, GL, department and project and map this into a P&L line item metric dimensioned by month. However, as mapping metrics must be formatted by the dimension of the target what Im unsure how to go about this. In a different life I would create a list derived from the P&L line items and use this to format my mapping table but alas I dont think this is possible with Pigment. Any thoughts on how best to approach this?Thanks,

Hello,I have a grid with inventory value and expected write-downs by month, with inventory value broken down by month. This displays correctly in a grid view, but in a chart view the write-downs disappear. Is this a known issue and has anyone been able to solve this? 

Hi, currently the Pigment connector in google sheets breaks when the file is copied, is there any way to retain the existing connections, or is this a google sheets thing (like formulas pointing to external sheets breaking)?

Hi,Iv heard that it is not best practice to use formulas in transaction list properties due to the performance impact. However, Id like to tidy up imported data; extract dates, identify codes, build hierarchies etc. With other platforms I would import into a block as is and then manipulate the data in the platform. Would this be advised with Pigment?

Hi everybody,To my great surprise I saw that the powerpoint connector is now available. Christmas came early this year. I immediately tried it and already noticed a few things. But I was curious about the experiences of other users. For example - with grids, I noticed that the export of the grid sometimes moves beyond the border of the visual in powerpoint. And since it's a static picture there is no way to retrieve the rows or columns that fall under of after the border of the powerpoint visual. Another thing that I noticed deals with the width of the columns. For example, I have a certain grid that has columns in a certain width so that all the text fits. The export to powerpoint however squeezes the width of the column so you can't read all the text.Has anybody experienced the same or knows a workaround solution to these types of issues?Thanks, Bas 

 Sharing my thoughts on the issues in the advanced aggregators I have experienced - The Advanced aggregator works well for basic math operations between metrics where the underlying metrics have aligned dimensions. However, when working with metrics from mismatched dimensions—where a new calculated field is required to align them—the current 'advanced aggregator' is insufficient. In these scenarios, simply adding and hiding the original metrics does not resolve the summary-level discrepancies as no such manipulation of dimensions can be done except basic math operations. Ideally, we need an advanced aggregator function that supports formula-based summaries, allowing the summary level to replicate the specific calculation logic defined within the metric itself.   For the Advanced Aggregator to function properly, at least one of the two metrics must remain visible in the table. Hi,I would like to create a mechanism to create a dimension from the user selecting combinations of other dimensions in a boolean formatted metric. For example; GL, Supplier and Project. User selects an intersection by checking a boolean. This can then be used to create an item in a list whose ID could be [GL][Supplier][Project].This dimension can then be used to assign forecast against.What is the simplest way to build this list?Thanks, 

If we restore an application, can we play around with the Analyst AI/Modeler AI in the recovered application in silo so that we can have a test environment to learn how to use the AI agents and to work on new features? 

Hello, I have a board where I’d like PO Number to be able to show up as a hyperlink to our procurement system. The hyperlink I have set-up and within the PO Number dimension (see image)However, I’m not aware of a way to get that dimension to appear as a clickable link within a table (e.g. here “6226” would refer to the hyperlink in my PO Number dimension, allowing the user to quickly click into our procurement system)I wasn’t sure if there was a way to accomplish this today, or if I should instead submit this as an Idea? I think it would be pretty helpful to be able to quickly connect the user to the source of the data. Thanks,Kristian

Hi,Id like to use the boolean result of a source metric to filter the view of a target. However, I cant seem to be able to set up the filter to take a value from a metric external to the metric to be filtered. Is this possible?If not, is there another way to using the filtering tool?

I set up a filter to display rows where a numeric metric is greater than a value. Is there any to test the numeric metric against another numeric metric, rather than the value input?
