I am currently testing an external API integration in Pigment to retrieve a response and display it within the platform. Setup Details: I configured an API connection in Pigment. On the Action board, I added a card with a button to trigger the API call. When I click the button, the API call is successfully triggered. Hello,I made a subset in my Month dimension list, in order to create a boolean metric that has Months in rows and columns. I named this subset ‘MonthTimeIntel’. Basically I wanted to create a boolean that checks what the trailing twelve months are for each month. Something like this:So far, so good. I then use this metric as a filter for my charts and graphs where I only want to show the last twelve months. Also: so far, so good. But lastly - I don't want another page selector on my dashboards. Because now the page selector for ‘MonthTimeIntel’ shows up on my dashboards, but I don't want that. Is there a way so that the MonthTimeIntel page selector moves in unison with my Month selector and so I can hide the MonthTimeIntel selector? I understand that they are two different dimensions, but it would be great if they can som

Hello Pigment Community,I have created a variable for each metric, and in the table, I have applied the individual variables to their corresponding metrics. I then pivoted the table so that the metrics are in the page selector. The issue I'm encountering is that when I apply a variable to one metric and then try to apply a different variable for another metric, it doesn't update as expected. I need variables to be updated as according to my selection. For example, I have two P&L metrics: Salary Cost and Expense. I’ve set individual variables for both metrics. However, when I apply these variables to different selections on the board, it shows the same variable for both metrics, even though I recently applied different variables for each.Could anyone assist with this? 

Hi,I have an issue where the Workday api key stopped working and the data is not longer pushed from workday to Pigment. The Key in specific is called “Workday HCM People Planning” and is an important metrics for us in people planning. The Api key is still active in terms of expiration date 2026-01-01. Can someone please help me with this issue?Kind regards,Benedikte

Hi CommunityHope you are well.I am wondering if anyone is using Google Looker as a dashboard/BI tool to report on data from Pigment and is there a way to push data from Pigment to Google Looker seamlessly? What I can find in Pigment documentation is pushing data from Looker to Pigment but not the other way around.The work around I’ve been using is pushing data from Pigment to GoogleSheet and from GoogleSheet to Looker but that requires manual refreshes and it’s not automatically synced (e.g daily) to share across the organisation with other users.ThanksNeo :)

There’s a grid in which employees are assigned to a project.Metrics: initial project and final projectIf both these projects are different for a specific employee, notification in pigment is working fine i.e. If there’s a change in project, to notify the relevant team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P2.However, there’s a metric called : “Override Project” , which can also derive Final Project.If there’s already a change in project name for Employee ABC (from P1 to P2 project), and then override of ‘P3’ is done (Now, P1 to P3 project), notification should be sent to team leader of projects (both initial and final) - P1 and P3 [P3 Must].Currently, triggering metric for workflow notification is Change in Project? with employee dimension.How can I check the logic again?

 In the dimension drop down, when I expand the size of the page selector it doesn’t save (so everytime when I click into this dimension input it goes back to the default size - any way I can save the size of the page selector?

Hi, I’m working on a board that uses complex security and I want to limit the items in the page selector. The security model is based on cost centres and employees, and others.I want to display those employees in the page selector that match certain criteria (employee.criteria = true). For this, I have created a metric and used it as a dynamic variable (Technical Employees), then assigned it to the page selector.Due to the security model, some users will have no access to given employees, and therefore the metric used for the variable will return nothing, which is correct.However, in this situation, the board ignores the variable in the employee page selector, and incorrectly reverts to displaying all items to the user:

Hi everybody,I have a grid with two time-dimensioned calculated items. One is YTD and one is YTG where they cumulate using the selected month: YTDYTGThese work fine, but I also want to create a calculated item that shows the sum of both YTD and YTG (i.e.: full year). I couldn't get it to work via calculated items in the same grid, so as a workaround I made a second grid that shows the full year P&L. Although that workaround is okay-ish, I'm sure there must be some (better) way to get Month | YTD | YTG | FY in the same grid?Thanks, Bas

Hello, is there a best practice to rebalance forecasts to hold to the beginning of the quarter’s forecast. For example, if on Jan 1st, I forecast to spend $12k for Q1 ($4k per month) and then when I get to Feb 1st, I actually spent $6k in January. I now manually take $12k - $6k = $6k / 2  =  $3k, and then I forecast $3k for each February and March each to hold the $12k for the entire Q1 forecast + Actuals.   Is there an automated way (not manually doing the math and re-entering for the remaining months) to do this?

Requirement: For the brands marked (e.g., checked/true), I want Pigment to automatically calculate the values. For the unmarked brands (e.g., unchecked/false), I want to manually input the data.   Goal: I would like to filter the view to display only the unmarked brands (those marked as false), so I can easily input data manually.   Thank you for your help.

I have a metric dimensioned by Day and Project. I want to offset back a certain number of Days based on another Metrics Input (Project Length). The Project_Length metric is an integer metric dimensioned by Project only. Is there a way to dynamically offset the number of days back in a SELECT statement based on an input such that this?   I have several projects that start N number of workdays before the end of the month, so I am trying to calculate their start date for each month based on the number of days they take (Project_Length)
